3. Photo Usage

Photos you upload are processed by third-party services for AI-powered image generation. Photos are stored in our secure cloud storage and are not shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the service. We do not use your photos for training AI models or for any purpose other than creating your requested poster.

4. Generated Images & Sharing

Generated poster images (watermarked versions) are publicly accessible via a unique URL. This means:

• Anyone with the link to your generated poster can view the watermarked image.
• When you share a poster using the built-in share feature, the watermarked image and a link to PosterPop may be shared with the recipient or posted to the platform you choose.
• Shared links include Open Graph metadata (title, image preview) so the poster image may appear as a preview on social media platforms, messaging apps, and other services.
• Only the watermarked version of your poster is publicly accessible. Full-resolution unwatermarked images are only available to you after purchase.
• You can delete a generated poster at any time from your dashboard, which will remove the image and make the share link inaccessible.

By generating a poster, you acknowledge that the watermarked version may be publicly viewable if the link is shared.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers for authentication, data storage, AI image generation, payment processing, and print fulfillment. Each provider operates under their own terms of service and privacy policies. PosterPopAI is not responsible for the terms or practices of these third-party providers. By using our service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers as necessary to deliver our service.

6. Data Retention

Your uploaded photos and generated posters are retained in your account until you request deletion. You may contact us at any time to request deletion of your data.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls.
