By using PosterPopAI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
PosterPopAI is an AI-powered service that transforms your photos into custom printed posters. You upload a photo, choose a style, and we generate and optionally print and ship a poster to you.
3. Photo Ownership & Rights
- You must own the rights to any photo you upload, or have explicit permission from the person in the photo.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any uploaded image.
- You retain ownership of your original photos. Generated poster images are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
4. Generated Content & Public Sharing
By generating a poster on PosterPop, you understand and agree that:
- Watermarked versions of your generated posters are publicly accessible via a unique URL. Anyone with the link can view the watermarked image.
- PosterPop provides built-in sharing features that allow you to share your watermarked poster via text, email, social media, and other platforms. When you share a poster, the watermarked image and poster title may be displayed on those platforms.
- PosterPop may display or feature user-generated posters (watermarked versions only) for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
- Full-resolution unwatermarked images are private and only accessible to you after purchase.
- You may delete any generated poster from your dashboard at any time, which will remove public access to that image.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of people without their consent.
- Upload illegal, obscene, or harmful content.
- Use the service to create defamatory, harassing, or misleading content.
- Attempt to circumvent content safety filters.
- Resell generated images commercially without permission.
6. Content Moderation
Our AI image generation is subject to content safety filters. Requests that violate content guidelines will be rejected and your generation credit will be refunded. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate content policies.
7. Credits & Payments
- Generation credits are required to create posters. New accounts receive free credits.
- Additional credits can be purchased. Credits are non-refundable except when a generation fails due to a system error.
- Print orders are processed by our fulfillment partner and are subject to their shipping and return policies.
8. Disclaimer
PosterPopAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated images may not always match expectations. We do not guarantee specific results from the generation process.
9. Limitation of Liability
PosterPopAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
